Attorney Fabio Clauser carries out his activity of assistance and advice in the criminal field.
In the early days he received guidance from Lawyer Rodolfo Lena, then he collaborated with the Saldarelli law firm until 2022.
Fabio Clauser is also a lawyer at the Supreme Court and has defended in trials for tax crimes, crimes against public administration, organized crime, bankruptcy, manslaughter, environmental crimes, cybercrimes and drug related offences.
He has given several lectures on involuntary injuries and occupational safety, and has taught criminal matters in postgraduate courses at the University of Florence. He has also held training courses for the Attorney’s National License examination and regularly publishes popular articles with the Italian Consumers’ Association ADUC, of which he is a permanent collaborator. He is co-author of the book “Casi e questioni in tema di negozi di destinazione” (UTET – 2019) in which he analyses criminal aspects of Trust management and legislation.
