The Clauser Law Firm is based in Florence, Italy and specializes in criminal law. Attorney Fabio Clauser boasts 20 years of experience in assisting Italian and foreign citizens and companies in order to ensure the best possible strategy and outcome at every stage of a criminal case, from the beginning of the investigation, throughout the trial, to the final appeal. He is also qualified to defend cases in the highest courts of Italy. Our team of experts, criminal lawyers and consultants is always available to provide urgent assistance when necessary, for example during a search or arrest.

Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of the law and our experience, our Law Firm also offers legal advice to private citizens and to businesses, particularly to help them to comply with the organizational models required by Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. Our ability to operate in multiple language environments allows us to handle international cases as well.

The Team

Attorney Fabio Clauser carries out his activity of assistance and advice in the criminal field.

In the early days he received guidance from Lawyer Rodolfo Lena, then he collaborated with the Saldarelli law firm until 2022. 

Fabio Clauser is also a lawyer at the Supreme Court and has defended in trials for tax crimes, crimes against public administration, organized crime, bankruptcy, manslaughter, environmental crimes, cyber-crimes and drug-related offences.

He has given several lectures on involuntary injuries and occupational safety, and has taught criminal matters in postgraduate courses at the University of Florence. He has also held training courses for the Attorney’s National License examination and regularly publishes popular articles with the Italian Consumers’ Association ADUC, of which he is a permanent collaborator.

He is co-author of the book “Casi e questioni in tema di negozi di destinazione” (UTET – 2019) in which he analyses criminal aspects of Trust management and legislation.

Attorney Eleonora Yusuf holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florence, where she completed her dissertation on the subject of sexual violence.

She practices law in the criminal field and has been collaborating with the Clauser Law Firm since 2022. She specializes in crimes against the family and the person, with a particular focus on domestic and gender-based violence.

She has represented clients in domestic violence trials, and has handled cases involving property crimes, crimes against the administration, drug offenses, and traffic violations.
